To avoid any inconvenience or delays to your planned travel we recommend that bookings are made for all travel. If you do not have a booking, regretfully we cannot guarantee you a seat!

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

After you have made your bookings and you need to change or cancel them, please contact our Contact Centre or contact your nearest booking agency. A change or amendment to your travel after ticketing will be treated as a cancellation and a new booking will be made.
