Book a Journey

You may also book any Newmans coach from and to any point to point here. Coach services are provided by Newmans Coach lines and Intercity Coachlines.

Book by phone

Make your travel bookings by phoning the Coach Bookings Contact Centre on one of the following local numbers in your area:

Our contact centre is open seven days from 7am - 8pm

Please be advised that from 1 March 2010 a $1 booking fee will apply all online bookings and a $2 booking fee will apply to all contact centre bookings

For cancellations of bookings after hours please email info@intercity.co.nz

To avoid any inconvenience or delays to your planned travel we recommend that bookings are made for all travel. If you do not have a booking, regretfully we cannot guarantee you a seat!

Booking Agents

Bookings may be made through any Newmans/InterCity Agent however a charge of not less than $3.00 per sector may apply. Please refer here to locate an InterCity/Newmans booking agent nearest you.

Changes and Cancellations

After you have booked your travel and you need to make a change or cancel, please contact our Contact Centre or contact your nearest booking agency. The amendment fees and cancellation charges will be fare specific, that is they will depend on the fare purchased.
